To make a purchase of any item featured on the Marcus Harper GlassWorks website, we accept Visa, Mastercard, money orders, and cashier’s checks. We are not able to accept other types of credit cards, and we will not accept cash or personal checks.

We value our customers very highly and we want your purchase experience with us to be a positive one.

Please note the following terms – 

      1.To begin your purchase, call us at 253-517-8130 or contact us via email at

      2.We will take your credit card information (Visa or Mastercard) and process

the transaction, or wait until we have received your money order or cashier’s

check.

      3.We must collect Washington State sales tax on shipments sent to any

address in Washington State. For addresses outside of Washington State,

          we will not collect sales tax. 

      4.We are able to ship to any addresses in the United States. We cannot ship

to destinations outside the U.S.

      5.We will ship your purchase within three (3) business days following your

payment.

      6.Shipping rates include meticulously careful packing, delivery via United

States Postal Service (USPS), and insurance. For expedited delivery or

delivery using a service other than USPS, we will charge you our actual cost

          plus $10.

     7.Standard Shipping Rates are outlined below:

       Less than $100     $ 10

       $100 to $249 $ 20

       $250 to $499 $ 30 

       $500 to $999 $ 40

       $1,000 and higher  $ 50

      8.For customers in the Seattle-Tacoma metro area, we will gladly hand-deliver

purchases in the amount of $500 or more at no cost to the buyer.

We expect to offer a PayPal purchase option in the near future, but this option is not currently available.
