Please carefully review the following policies –
1. The photographs used on this website are photographs taken in high resolution of the actual art pieces as shown in standard lighting. Given the extent to which glass interacts with light, the intensity of light in your home may cause a specific piece of art to appear different than the appearance given by a photograph. If you have questions about the color(s) of a particular piece of art, please feel free to contact us to discuss it prior to making a purchase.
2. We accept Visa, Mastercard, money orders, and cashier’s checks. We are not able to accept other types of credit cards, and we will not accept cash or personal checks.
3. We must collect Washington State sales tax on shipments sent to any address in Washington State. For addresses outside of Washington State, we will not collect sales tax.
4. Shipping: We are able to ship to any addresses in the United States. We cannot ship to destinations outside the U.S. We will ship your purchase within three (3) business days following your payment. Shipping rates include meticulously careful packing, delivery via United States Postal Service (USPS), and insurance. For expedited delivery or delivery using a service other than USPS, we will charge you our actual cost plus $10. Standard Shipping Rates are outlined in the “Purchase My Art” Section of this website.
5. Once we have confirmation of delivery from USPS (or other shipper used), we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
6. With the exception of damaged items, all sales are final and non-refundable.
7. If a piece arrives damaged, you must take the following steps:
a. Please contact us immediately, so that we may work to resolve the situation as quickly
and smoothly as possible.
b. Keep the item, exactly as it was received, and all the packaging (for insurance reasons,
the shipper is required to inspect and verify the damages).
c. Once we’ve heard from the shipper and the insurance, we will contact you and ask you
to return the damaged item to us.
d. Once we receive it, we will refund the purchase amount and also the amount of return
postage.
e. If any of these steps are not followed, we regret that we are not able to process a refund.
8. If any of the policies outlined above are not acceptable to you, please do not purchase from us. We value our customers very highly and we want your purchase experience with us to be a positive one.
